He graduated in architecture at Politecnico di Milano (1970) and in Geography from the State University of Genoa (1990). Expert in desert areas, he was team leader of many research explorations in Asia and Africa. He is responsible for “architettura di terra” in many projets in North Africa. He combines his work as an architect with journalism and communications. He has been member of the ODB staff winning the International Goré Memorial Competition (UIA-UNESCO Contest for International Trade in Slave Memorial, Dakar,Senegal). He is working for UNESCO since 2007 : Team Leader of the Restoration project denominated  “Conservation action plan for the Ksour in South Tunisia”. The project is brought forward by the Architectural Studio O.D.B & Partners in Milan, in collaboration with the University of Reggio di Calabria and in association with the Heritage Institute of Tunisia. Giovanni Perotti is director of the press office of the “Flaminio Bertoni Museum”  in Varese and director of the related magazine. He was cultural consultant for Islamic architecture in the international design team leaded by Giorgio Martino in the “International Architectural Ideas Competition for the National Museum of Afghanistan (IAIC_NMA)” in 2012. He is a consultant for UNESCO univerity chairs in Italy.

is an architect, graduated from the Politecnico di Milano, Italy. He works and lives in Athens. Participated in several important projects as an architect.  
Won first prize "Design and Build New Fishing Port Eleusis in 1999.
Construction  plan of the New Merchandise Depot at El.Venizelos Airport Athens.
Preliminary study for the new racecourse of Markopoulo, Horserace Center and some Olympic installations at Faliro.
Architectural design and Construction study -supervision Hotel PHAETHON island of Kos. 
Contribution in the research for the TITAN offices in Athens. Construction Details of chemical machine-works at TITAN warehouse.
Redevelopment of the Δ.Ε.Φ.Α GAS works. Initial architectural Study of the  ΚΕΤΕΚ Educational Institute Ksanthi Greece. Head of department CAD/CADD
Since 1990 he teaches in the private and public sector as an AutoCad trainer. 
From 1993 to 4M CONSULTING ENGINEERS, as  a regular contributor to the analysis and development of application architecture IDEA design software (CAD) environment in AutoCad and IntelliCAD. Adviser on the Educational seminars of the company. 
Publications and writer of two books  in the field of architecture.
